We started The Nooksmith because we got tired of furniture that fit nobody's home quite right.

Custom work shouldn't mean unattainable. Without the showroom, the sales floor, and the overhead that comes with it, we can put that value where it belongs: into the craft and into the price.

We build custom wood furniture with a focus on space-saving solutions. Murphy beds, built-ins, storage pieces. Functional things made well, built to last.
